Q: Where do these computers come from?
A: We buy directly from Dell.
   
Q: Are these computers brand new?
A: Some of the systems we sell are new and marked that way. Most are considered "refurbished", but not in the way you're used to hearing about. In fact, it's more like "open-box" than anything. Refurbished systems are new (not used or rebuilt) that were returned by the original owner during the 21 day return period. In some cases the systems were never even turned on or taken out of the box. All systems are wiped clean and inspected thoroughly by Dell for defects and completely retested and repackaged to meet original factory specifications as if it were brand new. Most look and feel completely brand new.
   
Q: Does it come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Each system comes with a hardware warranty from Dell that covers manufacturer defects for 1-3 years depending on model. At any point during your warranty coverage you can extend the warranty or add on accidental damage coverage by contacting Dell or using their online warranty site.
   
Q: How does the warranty repair process work?
A: If you have a problem during your warranty period you can contact Dell (we recommend their online chat) who will work to correct the problem via phone/chat. If the problem can't be resolved, they'll send a technician to your house for free.
   
Q: What's included?
A: We ship systems how we get them from Dell in their original packaging with all the materials they provide (i.e. - power adapter/cable). You can download the newest drivers and any included software directly from Dell.
   
Q: Why should I buy from you?
A: We know that you have many options when it comes to buying a computer. When you buy from a retail chain there's a sense that if something goes wrong you'll be able to take it back with no problems. While you can usually take items back for 14-30 days after purchase you usually have to contact the manufacturer directly if it's after that point. We offer the exact same guarentee and will even pay return shipping if something is wrong on arrival. We spend quite a bit of time finding the best deals Dell has to offer so that the prices we set are better than if you bought directly from Dell. And once you've purchased from us and transfer the warranty it's exactly the same as if you bought directly from Dell, only less expensive.

A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Paypal.
   
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer free ground shipping to everywhere in the continental United States. We offer expedited shipping services as well. To get an exact cost just enter your zip code on the cart page.
   
Q: How long will it take to get my item?
A: For orders made on business days by 12pm EST we ship your item out the same day (otherwise, the next business day) using UPS. Backordered items usually ship within 1-3 business days. Please note ALL shipments are made with signature confirmation to the address specified during checkout (no exceptions).
   
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
   
Q: Do you offer returns?
A: Yes. In the rare case you run into a problem on arrival and would prefer to return it rather than work with Dell to get a replacement/repair you have 14 days from the purchase date to return the system. And if you simply change your mind you can return it for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. To start a return just visit our returns page.
